Betty June Meyer, died January 28, 2014 at age 88. Beloved wife of Charles Meyer for 65 years; devoted mother and mother-in-law of Linda (Len) Russ of Westport, Conn., and JoAnn (Swain) Weiner of Mamaroneck, N.Y.; proud grandmother of Dana and Douglas Russ, and Matthew and Grant Weiner; loving sister and sister-in-law of the late Frances (the late Harold) Franklin, Doris (Gunther) Kohn, and dear sister-in-law of the late Gabe (the late Libby) Meyer; devoted daughter of the late Sadie (the late Sam) Hoffman; dear aunt to nine nieces and nephews; cousin and friend to many. She was born in St. Louis, graduated from Clayton High School and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Washington University. In 2006, she and her husband, relocated to Stamford, Conn. to be near their daughters and grandchildren. Her burial took place in Greenwich, Conn. Memorial contributions can be made to NA’AMAT USA.
