Barbara R. Katz, (nee Cooper), died February 4, 2014. Beloved wife of the late William Kaplan; beloved mother of Steven (Elma), Robert (Lisa) and Jacqueline (David House); grandmother to Peter, Charlie and Lucy; mourned by her loving brother Irving “Buddy” (Marilyn) Cooper and sister, Judy Allen; remembered by her nephews Jeffrey, Roger and Scott Cooper and Dennis and Douglas Carafiol; fondly remembered by her special friend, Harris Frank.
