Beloved husband of 57 years of Shirley E. DeSimone (nee Epstein).  Loving father of Robin (Terry) Cosgrove, Ruth (Todd) Powers and Marci DeSimone.  Dear grandfather of Heather (Greg) Allman, Clarence (Ashley) Boland III, Joshua Powers, Kevin Powers, Laura Cain, Marc Cosgrove and Jennifer (Robert) Berger.  Dear great-grandfather of 14.  Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ruth (nee Siegel) DeSimone.  Our dear uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and friend to many.  Avid reader and WWII history buff.  Member of St. Louis, Missouri Lodge #1, AF & AM, for over 50 years.

Graveside service on Sunday, March 26, at United Hebrew Temple Cemetery, 7855 Canton Ave., University City, MO.  Masonic service at 10:15 am, followed by funeral service at 10:30 am.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry, 10950 Schuetz Road, St. Louis, MO, 63146.
