Dana Sandweiss is the recipient of the 2025 Hannah G. Solomon Founder’s Award, given by NCJWSTL (National Council of Jewish Women St. Louis).
This is the highest honor awarded by NCJWSTL and is presented to an individual who has changed the lives of others through his or her leadership efforts and service. Sandweiss is an attorney who practiced law at Gallop Johnson & Neuman. She is currently a volunteer, advocate, and philanthropist, championing women’s rights and reproductive freedom.
Other section and community honorees include Lisa Gubernik, Leadership; Amy Fenster Brown, Volunteer Service; Nicole Gorovsky, Fritzi Lainoff Advocate; Emilie Schaffer, Emerging Leader, Julia Frank Hundman, Community Impact; and Charles Eisenkramer, Community Partnership. The honorees were recognized at a April 3 event, held at Congregation Shaare Emeth.
