Angela Higgins
Angela Higgins was named the 2024 recipient of the Ida Stack Award at Congregation Shaare Emeth.
The award is given annually to a sixth grader who demonstrates dedication and enthusiasm for Jewish learning.
Angela is the daughter of Anna and James Higgins and attends Parkway West Middle School.
