Leo Brown was named to the St. Louis County Outstanding Leader Program.
This award annually recognizes one senior student from each St. Louis County high school who performs vital services to their school and community, such as volunteering, fundraising, leadership ability at school, and participation in various clubs, teams and projects.
Leo, son of Jeff and Amy Fenster Brown, is a senior at Parkway Central High School where he is president of the National Business Honor Society, student body treasurer, producer of PCH-TV and on the baseball team.
