National Council Jewish Women-St. Louis was named the recipient of the 2025 NCJW Rising Tide Campaign of the Year Award for its pivotal role in restoring abortion rights in Missouri through the passage of Amendment 3.
The campaign was led by past section president, Marlene Hammerman, and supported by the NCJWSTL staff and volunteers.
The award was presented at the NCJW Washington Institute 2025: Together We Rise, a national leadership and advocacy gathering in Washington, D.C.
