Rachael Stark
Rachael Stark, a medical logistics officer, was promoted to the rank of captain in the Missouri Army National Guard. She is currently serving in the 229th multifunctional medical battalion in Fulton, Mo.
In addition, she is a research associate for the St. Louis County Police Department where she writes policy and works on national accreditation.
Stark is a member of Congregation Temple Israel.
