Rachel and Jay Closson
Owners Rachel and Jay Closson have opened a second location of Sylvie Dee’s in City Foundry STL.
Located in the breezeway of the food hall, the shop serves ice cream, coffee, sweet treats and old-fashioned sodas.
The first shop is located in Webster Groves. The Clossons recently purchased Maytop Coffee & Garden Shop in Webster Groves, with changes coming later this year and into 2026.
Rachel Closson is a realtor with Land Litwack and is the owner of Rachel Closson Photography. Jay Closson is a corporate pilot with Nestlé Purina North America.
They belong to Temple Israel.
