Artist Faith Berger started Canvas for Kids, a platform for children ages 7-11 to explore their imagination, develop confidence and connect with others through creativity.
The free program provides a one-hour guided painting experience where participants create their own masterpieces while contributing to a collaborative community canvas.
Currently, Canvas for Kids is collaborating with the St. Louis County Library Explore!
Program with the last class on March 27 and will be available through other local organizations in the future. Berger, a member of Congregation B’nai Amoona, also has a new column in Town & Style focusing on art and design.
