Dr. Jacob Perera has moved back to St. Louis and has joined Joint Care Physiatry.
It is a private practice dedicated to enhancing patient function, pain management and access to essential equipment and care in St. Louis and the surrounding areas. Perera recently completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
