Young Israel of St. Louis will present a Scholar In Residence Shabbat with Rabbi Steven Weil, executive vice president of the Orthodox Union on March 8 and 9.

Rabbi Weil will deliver the following talks at Young Israel, 8101 Delmar Boulevard in University City:
