Polish opposition party activist suspended for anti-Semitic post

WARSAW, Poland (JTA) — Polish Law and Justice Party activist Artur Nicpon was suspended from the party after he has published an anti-Semitic post on his website.

“As they [Jews] going here and harm Poland and me, I have only one thing for them – get the f**k out!” Nicpon wrote on his website. In the next post he wondered about the possibility of a referendum on the shooting of Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, a former Polish prime minister and president of the Law and Justice Party, the main opposition party, said that such posts are not permitted and on Thursday decided to suspend Nicpon. The next step may be to permanently bar him from the party.
