Peace Now leader Hagit Ofran’s home threatened in graffiti attack

JERUSALEM (JTA) — The home of a high-profile Peace Now director was vandalized with threatening graffiti.

It is not the first time that the home of Peace Now Settlement Watch Director Hagit Ofran has been targeted.

“Hagit you’re dead” and “Kahane was right” were spray painted in and around Ofran’s Jerusalem apartment building. The graffiti was discovered Monday morning.

In November 2011, vandals attacked Ofran’s home with graffiti including swastikas and the words “Rabin is waiting for you,” referring to the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin in November 1995. her apartment was also targeted last September.
