Neo-Nazi site says Delta is official airline of the ‘white race’

(JTA) — There’s one group of people who are happy about the rash of anti-Semitism allegations against Delta Airlines: Neo-Nazis.
Jewish and Israeli employees of Delta are accusing their coworkers of making derogatory comments about Israel and Jews. Delta condemned the alleged bigotry, but The Daily Stormer, the house newspaper of Neo-Nazis, is celebrating it.
“Delta is a company that truly understands the importance of being recognized by the Daily Stormer, and they understand what we value the most in a business,” said a Wednesday article on the site endorsing Delta as the “Official Airline of the White Race.” “They understand that we want, more than anything else, Jews to experience psychological distress. And they’ve been delivering that in spades.”
The article then quotes at length a recent JTA article detailing the allegations. Jewish Delta workers say management has either abetted or dismissed discrimination from non-Jewish employees. One mechanic says a supervisor accused him of “killing kids in Gaza.” Flight attendants say they’ve been fired by Delta HR for legally sharing benefits with other Jews.
The accusations have led to two separate lawsuits.
In case it isn’t obvious, Delta has never publicly endorsed anti-Semitism and bigotry, or admitted to condoning the discrimination alleged in the lawsuits which, again, it condemned in a statement. But that didn’t stop the Daily Stormer from its trollish praise of the airline.
“It appears that putting down Jews, their faith and their people is standard procedure at Delta Airlines,” the article said. “And to that, I can only say: bravo.”
