Israeli soldier wounded in Hebron stabbing

(JTA) — An Israeli soldier was moderately injured in a stabbing attack in the West Bank city of Hebron.
The soldier was attacked Thursday in the Tel Rumeida neighborhood. Two attackers were shot dead by security forces at the scene.
The soldier was evacuated to a hospital in Jerusalem with stab wounds to his shoulder and hand. Medical personnel said he was in stable condition and had not lost consciousness, the Times of Israel reported.
