JERUSALEM (JTA) — Israel Police arrested an Israeli-Arab suspected of being associated with ISIS.

The police on Monday searched the home of the 24-year-old teacher, a resident of Kfar Kara in the Wadi Ara region of central Israel.

The search turned up an ISIS flag and material about jihad. Police seized the man’s computers and other electronic devices, the Jerusalem Post reported.

Israel named ISIS an illegal organization earlier this month and made it illegal to associate with the organization or to meet with its members.

He reportedly admitted to bringing the materials to Israel from Jordan.
