JERUSALEM (JTA) — The Israel Defense Forces razed the West Bank  homes of two Palestinian assailants who killed Israelis.

One of the assailants whose home was demolished early Tuesday morning was the killer of American Yeshiva student Ezra Schwartz.

Raed Khalil killed two people in the Panorama building in Tel Aviv, and Mohammad Abed al Basset Harub shot and killed three people at the Alon Shvut junction in Gush Etzion in the West Bank on the same day in November.

In addition to Schwartz, Harub killed a Palestinian man named Shadi Arafa, and Yaakov Don, 49, a teacher from Alon Shvut. Harub was injured by security forces when he stepped out of the car he was in when he rammed then  fired on the civilians. Khalil killed two Israeli men during prayer services at a small synagogue in the Tel Aviv office building. Khalil was wounded while being apprehended.

Both of the razed homes were located in villages in the Hebron area. Both of the attackers are in custody.
