JERUSALEM (JTA) — The Israeli military issued demolition orders for the family homes of two West Bank Palestinians who allegedly kidnapped and murdered three Israeli teens.

The orders were delivered Wednesday to the families of Amer Abu Aysha and Marwan Kawasme, both of Hebron. The two men, identified by the Israel Defense Forces as the alleged killers, have been missing since the June 12 kidnapping of Gilad Shaar, Eyal Yifrach and Naftali Fraenkel in a West Bank settlement bloc. Their bodies were found 18 days later in a shallow grave in a field near Hebron.

The families have two days to challenge the orders.

The homes were damaged more than a week ago when Israeli troops came looking for the men, according to the Palestinian Maan news agency.

Also Wednesday, Israel’s State Attorney’s Office said the state would file an indictment on the following day in Jerusalem District Court against the alleged Jewish murderers of Palestinian teen Mohammed Abu Khdeir.
