The American adaptation of the show premiered in 2008 on HBO. It has also been adapted in Brazil, Serbia, the Netherlands, Russia and Japan
Other Jews won Martin Fierro awards Tuesday, including producer and actor Adrian Suar; Diego Korol, creator of the comedy “Sin Codificar,” or “Danger: No Coding;” and Romina Manguel, a radio journalist.
