ABOVE AND BELOW: Traditional Congregation held its ‘Knosh & Knowledge’ program on April 30 focused on “Letters to Frieda: Reading Between the Lines of the Holocaust.” After brunch Michele Willner Levy (pictured) spoke about her documentary film, “Letters to Frieda,” which discusses a series of letters written to her mother from her grandmother that were hidden away until Levy recently discovered them. The letters described the atrocities of the Nazis and their aftermath.
