The St. Louis Jewish Light is seeking middle school and high school students (ages 13-19) to serve on the 2011-2012 Teen Page/Ohr Chadash staff

Members of the Teen Page/Ohr Chadash Staff contribute to the Jewish Light Teen Page in the form of writing (stories, features, commentary, reviews), editing, photography, design/production (graphics, layout, cartoons), video broadcasting/production and website content/design. Students may participate in one or more areas of interest.

To apply: 1) Complete the application and attach a recent photo of yourself. 2) Obtain a letter of reference from a non-family member, such as a teacher or employer. The letter of recommendation should describe your writing ability and your ability to participate in a group that requires monthly meetings, deadlines and collaborative work. 3) Please submit samples of your work. 4) Applications must be received by May 15, 2011 to Teen Page/Ohr Chadash, c/o The Jewish Light, 6 Millstone Campus Drive, Suite 3010, St. Louis, Missouri, 63146. 5) Your application will be followed up by an interview, either by phone or in-person, with one of the Teen Page editors or advisors.
