Following the success of the Stephen King-Steven Spielberg collaboration “Under the Dome,” CBS is adding a new Spielberg production to its lineup.

According to The Wrap, “Extant” will tell the story of a female astronaut “struggling to adapt to life on earth after a year in space.” This is more difficult than it would be for the average astronaut, seeing as how our heroine is pregnant with a human-alien hybrid and already has a robot for a son.

The show is set to air next summer.
