St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner announced Monday that she was dropping a felony charge against Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens after a judge ruled that the defense could call her to testify, the Kansas City Star reported.
The prosecutor asked the court to appoint a special prosecutor to refile the felony invasion-of-privacy charge against Greitens related to an alleged partially-nude photo he took of his mistress without her consent.
