Darcy Scharff and Susie Luten joined the board of directors of Miriam School and Learning Center. Scharff, a member of Temple Israel, recently retired after working in nursing and public health for more than 40 years.
Luten returns to Miriam’s board to continue the service she began in high school when her mother was board president. Luten’s great-grandmother, Fannie Landau, founded Miriam United Order of True Sisters in 1910. Luten is a member of Temple Emanuel.
