Blake Berg’s business venture StockSwap was named one of 13 of the “Most Disruptive Business School Startups” according to PoetsandQuantsforUndergrads, a website and social network for those interested in undergraduate business school education. Berg describes StockSwap as Daily Fantasy Sports for the stock market.
Users enter into contests by paying an entry fee, picking and weighting stocks, and competing on percent change to win a share of the prize pool based on their rank at the end of the contest.
Berg, a member of United Hebrew Congregation, recently graduated from the Olin Business School at Washington University with majors in finance and financial engineering and a minor in computer science.
