Women’s Philanthropy presents Programming Series

Rabbi Carnie Shalom Rose holds the Rabbi Bernard Lipnick Senior Rabbinic Chair at Congregation B’nai Amoona, and is a member of the St. Louis Rabbinical Association. 

Women’s Philanthropy of Jewish Federation of St. Louis will present three special events in 2013 and 2014 as part of the Women’s Philanthropy Programming Series. Intended to inspire, educate and enlighten participants, the events include:

• “Renewing Yourself for the New Year”—a discussion facilitated by Rabbi Carnie Rose of B’nai Amoona at 5 p.m. Aug. 21 at a private residence in Clayton.

Light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails provided.

• “Discovering Our Roots: Jews in Europe”—lunch and learn

at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 19 (location to be determined).

Lunch will be provided.

• “Kabbalah: Uncovering Judaic Mysticism” 

at 7 p.m. Feb. 6 (location to be determined).

Light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails provided.
