Women’s Philanthropy plans volunteer opportunities

Volunteers from Women’s Philanthropy of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis made care packages to enhance the holidays for our community members living in care facilities. The care packages were delivered to clients of the Jewish Family & Children’s Service Chaplaincy Program and Meals on Wheels.

Women’s Philanthropy of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis is hosting a volunteer opportunity to enhance the holidays for our community members living in care facilities. They will make care packages to be delivered to these individuals for Hanukkah.

Women’s Philanthropy has scheduled two assembly times: A family packing evening will take place Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 6:30 p.m., and a daytime event will be held Thursday, Nov. 29, at 10:30 a.m.

Both packaging events will take place at Kaplan Feldman Complex Boardroom at 12 Millstone Campus Drive. RSVP online at JFedSTL.org/events/PackaBagofLove.

The care packages will be delivered by clients of the Jewish Family and Children’s Service Chaplaincy Program and Meals on Wheels throughout our community.
