United Hebrew Congregation’s bi-annual musical revue, “Just Singin’…Your Tunes to iTunes,” will feature a cast of more than 40 talented adults, teens and children performing the most popular songs and medleys of the current and past decades. Four performances are scheduled over a one-week period, beginning Saturday, Nov. 6, and culminating with the Grand Finale Gala on Saturday, Nov. 13.

All performances will be held at United Hebrew, 13788 Conway Road, and are open to the community.

This year’s production, directed by Irene Fox and produced by Myron Holtzman, is the eighth in a series of musical revues staged at United Hebrew since 1995 under Fox’s leadership. In 2008, more than 1,200 people attended the 2008 season.

At the Grand Finale Gala, the congregation will present the third annual Irene Fox United Hebrew Ruach Award to the Laiderman family, in recognition of their dedicated service to the congregation over the years.  Ruach means “spirit” in Hebrew.  The award was created and named for Fox in 2008.

General admission tickets are $18 in advance or at the door for performances scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6; 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7; and at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11. Reserved seating is available, by advance sale only, for $30 per ticket.

The Grand Finale Gala on Nov. 13 begins at 6 p.m. and includes a cocktail reception, dinner, award presentation, general admission to the show and dessert for $75 per person. Reserved theater seating, table sponsorships and tribute ads in the commemorative program are additional.  Gala reservations are due by Friday, Oct. 29.
