U City Shul hosts St. Louis Jewish Art Auction

U City Shul will be hosting the St. Louis Jewish Art Auction, Sunday, June 24. Preview will begin at 6:30 p.m., with the first bid at 7:30 p.m.
The event will include art from well known artists, including Yaacov Agam, Amram Ebgi, Anatole Krasnyansky, Itzchak Tarkay, Samy Bris, Egosi, Ben Avram, Nahum Gilbo and Samuel Katz as well as many secular artists. There will be a large selection of framed pieces in several price ranges.
The auction will feature pieces from State of the Art, a national fundraising art company.
There will be two specially designated pieces to raise funds for the St. Louis Kollel and Epstein Hebrew Academy.
Finger foods will be served and a free wine tasting will be conducted by the St. Louis Kollel bookstore. There will be a $5 admission at the door. The event will be held at the U City Shul. 700 North and South Road in University City. Call 314-863-7485 for more information.
