Torah Yoga classes scheduled to start

United Hebrew Congregation and St. Louis Chapter Hadassah are offering a Spring Session of both beginning and intermediate level classes of Torah Yoga. The eight-week course which combines the spiritual rituals of Judaism with the physical practice of yoga is appropriate for women of all ages and levels of fitness.
Maxine Mirowitz instructs the classes. The course will be taught in the Chapel at United Hebrew Congregation located at 13788 Conway Rd. Classes are held on Thursday mornings with the intermediate class meeting from 9:30-10:30 a.m., and the beginning class meeting from 10:45-11:45 a.m. The eight class sessions run from March 6-May 8. There will be no class sessions held on March 20 and 27. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel for their first class. The fee is $50.
