Crown Center for Senior Living announced it is able to offer a limited amount of Neighborhood Assistance Program Missouri State tax credits to eligible donors. Donors contributing charitable gifts through Sept. 30 of $1,000 or more may receive a credit valued at 50 percent of their donation to offset their Missouri State tax liability. The program allows qualified businesses or individuals a substantial tax benefit over and above the usual deduction while giving l support to a community organization. Located at 8350 Delcrest Drive in University City, Crown Center is a 501c3 providing high quality affordable housing and supportive services to over 250 senior adults with limited financial resources. Funds leveraged through the NAP program underwrite the multiplicity of social, educational, cultural, transportation, and nutrition services that Crown Center offers, and for which rental income may not be utilized.
