The power of summer camp is timeless. The lessons, laughter and lifelong friendships that grow from those few weeks each summer are universal. Every child should have a chance to spend time under the stars, away from screens and surrounded by a community that cheers them on.
That’s the idea behind Jewish Camp & Beyond, happening Sunday, Oct. 26, from noon to 3 p.m. at Saul Mirowitz Jewish Community School. The free event invites families across St. Louis to meet camp directors and counselors from dozens of programs, Jewish summer camps, day camps, specialty camps and teen travel experiences, all in one place.

Discovering the right fit
Jewish Camp & Beyond is more than a camp fair. It’s a chance for families to explore what kind of summer experience best fits each child’s personality and interests. Parents can talk directly with staff from local favorites like Camp Sabra, as well as national programs that focus on sports, arts, nature and leadership. Kids and teens can enjoy hands-on activities, games and an ice cream truck while learning about everything from outdoor adventures to teen travel programs.
