St. Louis Kollel invites the Jewish community to join in a celebration paying tribute to the participants, students and supporters of their classes and programs throughout the year. The annual event, known as “Jewish Unity Live,” will feature Rabbi Yechiel Spero, renowned lecturer and author of Artscroll’s 13-volume “Touched by a Story” series, who will speak on “Islam, Israel and the Unwavering Jewish Soul.”

Rabbi Spero is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He has been teaching for the past 15 years and is currently a Rebbe at Talmudical Academy of Baltimore. In addition, he is a weekly columnist for the Yated Ne’eman’s Chinuch Roundtable where he discusses some of the most pressing challenges facing today’s youth. His latest book, “A Touch of Inspiration,” was recently released.

In addition, attendees will be treated to a kosher dairy chocolate and ice cream buffet catered by Jon Rubin and Boutique Kosher. A video presentation will round out the evening’s festivities.

The event will take place at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 22 in the Grand Ballroom of the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. Admission is $25 for adults and $18 for students (high school and above).
