At 3 p.m. Nov. 14, Congregation Shaare Emeth will host the St. Louis Chamber Chorus. For the first time ever, this renowned musical group will perform in the Stiffman Sanctuary. In its 55th season, the group presents the a capella choral work in our region’s most distinctive buildings, seeking to entertain, educate and inspire. The program, entitled, “Transition-from Babylon to Jerusalem,” will feature classical compositions by Bach, Rossi, and Milhaud and also a work commissioned by Shaare Emeth members, Dick and Marilyn Brickson, in honor of the musical program of Shaare Emeth by Australian composer Clare McClean.
