The Jewish Community Center has spots remaining for the 2012 JCC Maccabi Games, being held in Memphis, Tenn. from Aug. 5-10. Jewish teens age 13-16 (as of July 31, 2012) are eligible to participate. The games entail competition, meeting athletes from around the world and participating in a “Day of Caring & Sharing.” There is space available in the following: Individual sports – track and field (recently added), tennis, swimming and dance; team sports – ages 13/14 flag football, 13/14 baseball, 16 and under girls soccer and 16 and under girls basketball.
