The Nishmah Women’s Retreat is returning to Camp Sabra this fall for its second year, offering a weekend of connection, reflection and community. Scheduled for Friday through Sunday, Sept. 12–14, the retreat is designed for women who enjoy nature, value Jewish tradition and appreciate the chance to step away from everyday routine.
After a strong response to last year’s inaugural retreat, organizers are bringing back a weekend that blends the relaxed feel of summer camp with meaningful Shabbat experiences. The theme for 2025, “Gather & Ground,” sets the tone for a range of sessions aimed at fostering personal growth and thoughtful conversation.
Participants can expect a mix of activities—swimming, boating, hiking, yoga—along with opportunities to unwind and spend time in community. Shabbat will be observed through communal meals, services and guided discussions.
