Nishmah plans Winter Salon: ‘Everyone Has a Story’
Published January 20, 2017
Nishmah’s Winter Salon will feature “Everyone Has a Story: Write ON!”, a program that aims to empower teenagers and adults to find their voice and express it through writing, inspiring change in their world.
The program is a facilitated/guided discussion group facilitated by Pam Wilson, who will use her background in social work and writing to help participants process their current situation, allowing them to move forward and/or make choices about their life story. Write ON! empowers people to find their voice and express it through writing in a thoughtful and safe way.
Write ON! takes place Wednesday, January 25, noon to 1:30 p.m. at the JCC in Creve Coeur. Bring a bagged lunch; snacks and drinks provided. The suggested donation for each salon is $18 ($5 for students). Register online at www.nishmah.org or by contacting Nishmah Director Sara Winkelman at 314.442.3268 or [email protected].
