New summer hours for St. Louis Holocaust Museum

Summertime means new hours of operation at the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum. Through Labor Day, the museum will be open to visitors from Wednesday to Monday, between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (closed Tuesdays).

“By extending our summer hours, we are committed to providing more opportunities for visitors to immerse themselves in the stories of our local survivors and the history of the Holocaust,” said Executive Director Myron Freedman.

In addition to the extended hours, the museum will offer educator-led tours on Sundays and Mondays. These guided tours, led by trained museum educators, will explore the lives of targeted groups prior to the Holocaust, the rise of the Nazi party, the Holocaust itself and its aftermath. Tours will take place on Sundays at 2 p.m. and Mondays at 12 p.m.

As tickets are limited, it is strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Visitors can reserve their spot on the museum’s website.
