LOOKING BACK • St. Louis County Supervisor gene McNary displays a proclamation in 1986 designating November 9-19 as National Jewish Book Festival Month.  Attending the signing of the proclamation were Gloria Hirsch, chairwoman and the other co-chairwomen of the event to be held at the Jewish Community Centers Association.
