Starting Feb. 7, the Mirowitz Center will serve as a host location for the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program, offering free, in-person tax preparation services to low-to-moderate income individuals, particularly those aged 50 and older.
IRS-certified volunteers will provide assistance every Friday through April 4. Appointments are available at 9:30 and 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at the Mirowitz Center, 8 Millstone Campus Drive.
The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program aims to make tax filing easier and more accessible. Volunteers are trained to help with a variety of income-tax forms and schedules. AARP membership is not required to participate.
Space is limited, and advance registration is required. To schedule a 75-minute appointment, email [email protected] or call 314-733-9813.
