Meet the women of the National Council of Jewish Women Couturier Committee and Phil
Sadly, we could not find this photo published in any specific issue of the St. Louis Jewish Light. We suspect, the photo was taken in 1982, as the caption mentions the group was planning the 18th Annual Couturier, which dates back to 1964.
