Marci Mayer Eisen will serve as Director of the new I.E. Millstone Institute for Jewish Leadership at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. The Institute will incorporate the work of the Professional Excellence Project, including JProStl.

This new endeavor will focus on engaging and training lay leaders from across the Jewish community and will closely align with the work that has been done and will continue to take place for our professionals. An advisory committee will be established and a formal launch will take place toward the end of the year.

Since its inception, Professional Excellence has been funded by the Lubin-Green Foundation. The Lubin-Green Foundation now joins with the Millstone Foundation to add the component of volunteer and lay leadership development for establishment of the new Millstone Institute.
