Josh Nelson Project spends a weekend at Shaare Emeth

A weekend of musical festivities arrives at Congregation Shaare Emeth on Friday, Jan. 7. Josh Nelson brings his high-octane Jewish rock music to several events over the weekend, beginning with the Shabbat Service at 6 p.m. This “first Friday” service is especially geared toward young families. After the service, Nelson will perform at a special concert to benefit Camp Rainbow.

At 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, the Josh Nelson Project will be part of Shabbat Worship. At 5 p.m., a free concert suitable to all ages called L’dor V’dor-Celebrating Generations – will be performed.

At 10 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 9, preschoolers can enjoy a concert geared specifically to them.

All events, except the Camp Rainbow fundraiser, are open to the public. For reservations for the Camp Rainbow fundraiser, please contact Libby Goldman, [email protected] or 314-569-1273.
