JF&CS hires new staffer

Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JF&CS) has welcomed Aaron Cohn as psychometrician/therapist for the Learning and Behavioral Diagnostic Center and Individual and Family Therapy Team. Cohn has broad-based experience working with families at-risk of child abuse and neglect; and specifically utilizing psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families with serious mental disorders. He earned his master of fine arts degree in creative writing at Washington University, as well as a master’s in English and American literature. He then went on to pursue a third master’s degree, in clinical adult psychology at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Currently he is researching for his dissertation, hoping to earn his Ph.D. in family therapy.
