Brothers Lazaroff and a host of musicians will perform at “The Passover Project: A Musical Seder,” at City Winery on Thursday, April 18.

Tickets are still available for Laz Jazz Fest, the music extravaganza created and curated by the Brothers Lazaroff. The festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 29 at The Big Top in the Grand Center Arts District beginning at 4 p.m. (doors open at 3).

David and Jeff Lazaroff and their band are known for a funky mix of Americana, rock, jazz and soul. That eclectic combination of musical genres will also be on display at Laz Jazz Fest. The afternoon-through-evening event will feature a variety of artists performing in three tents. The lineup includes: Ferb and Lubar, David Gomez Y los Diablos, the Sun Ra Arkestra and the Brothers Lazaroff featuring Anita Jackson.

In a nod to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Laz Jazz Fest will include Cajun food provided by Sister Cities Restaurant.

The Lazaroffs frequently support the community through their music. Proceeds from Laz Jazz Fest will benefit the St. Louis Art Place Initiative and its mission to build wealth and equity for low to moderate-income artists through homeownership.
