Ten individuals and one couple will be recognized as the 2016 Jewish Light Unsung Heroes at 7 p.m. Monday, May 23 at the Jewish Community Center Arts & Education Building, 2 Millstone Campus Drive. The annual event, which began in 2010, shines a light on individuals who generously volunteer to help the St. Louis Jewish community, and Jewish St. Louisans who volunteer not only within the local Jewish community but also the community at-large. 

Event chairs are Vicki Singer, Missy Korenblat-Hanin and Gary Kodner.
