The Jewish Community Center will hold its Used Book Sale from Sunday, Aug. 26 to Thursday, Aug. 30 at the Jewish Community Center Staenberg Family Complex’s  Arts & Education Building, 2 Millstone Campus Drive in Creve Coeur.

Sunday is Preview Day, with hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the only day with an entry fee ($10). The sale continues from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. Thursday, Aug. 30 is Bag Day, where patrons can fill a bag for $5. Bag Day hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The annual sale includes thousands of book titles for adults and children in a variety of genres as well as videos, books on tape/CDs and DVDs.

The opening day $10 fee helps underwrite expenses for the sale. Books are priced from 50 cents to $3. Special books — collectibles, art books, antique books — are priced as marked. Ticket sales will begin at 9 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26. Children 16 and under are free. There is no cost to shop the remaining days of the book sale.
