The new HJ’s Café, located in the Mirowitz Center at 8 Millstone Campus Drive, is offering Vaad Hoeir-certified dairy kosher brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26
The family-friendly venue, located across the parking lot just east of the Jewish Community Center, will offer an all-you-can-eat kosher brunch buffet. Guests can enjoy a made-to-order Belgian waffle bar with fresh fruit, nuts and syrup toppings; an omelet action station made to your specifications with whole eggs or egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese; an all-American station with scrambled eggs, oatmeal, hash brown potatoes, bagels, and cream cheeses and a vanilla yogurt bar with fruit and granola toppings. The kosher brunch buffet also includes assorted pastries and a beverage bar with Kaldi’s coffee and orange juice.
