Yeshivat Kadimah High School’s boys basketball team has been selected to compete in the Cooper Yeshiva High School National Invitational Basketball Tournament on Nov. 3-6 in Memphis.
To raise funds for the team’s expenses, students have planned several fundraisers, including an exhibition game between the boys team and St. Louis rabbis, set for 4:30 p.m. Sept. 25 at Epstein Hebrew Academy, 1138 N Warson Road (in the gym). Tickets are $5, with a maximum of $20 per family.
Tickets and sponsorships can be purchased by visiting yeshivatkadimah.org or by contacting one of the team players: JJ Adler, Jacob Feit-Mann, David Feit-Mann, Simcha Fremerman, Yonatan Hirschorn, elan Koshner, Caleb Missler, Eitan Oberlander, Yonah Shafner or Yoni Strashun.
The team is also offering a variety of sponsorship levels, as well as a 50-50 raffle (the winner will be drawn at the game). Raffle tickets are $10 each or $25 for three.
